The apartment includes a terrace equipped with umbrella, table and chairs for outdoor meals.

For each additional person, there will be an extra charge of 20 EUR/day for cleaning and utility costs

We can offer ironing services and provide you with information. In case you need it, we can also accompany you to go grocery shopping in the nearby towns.

The house includes Fienile di Rosina, a bike room where you can store bicycles or equipment, including a small dedicated workshop and water to wash your bicycles.
In addition, behind the house there is a large sunny lawn with a wooden pergola equipped for relaxation and games for children at your disposal.
We have everything that is necessary to accommodate children, from high chairs to a wooden or camping cot, cutlery and dishes, indoor and outdoor games, and even a car seat.
