Booking and cancellation terms and conditions:
Your booking must be confirmed by e-mail.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, to be paid by bank transfer, PayPal or Satispay.
If you wish to cancel or shorten your stay, you must notify usat least 21 days in advanceby e-mail to: info@casabartola.it.
In this case, the deposit will be returned to you (after deduction of bank charges).

If you notify us of your cancellation or changes less than 21 days prior to arrival, the deposit cannot be refunded.

Pets are welcome! Their stay must be arranged at the time of booking, and a phone interview will be required to discuss their habits and needs, ensuring a peaceful holiday for everyone.
