Top area of 350 sqm: the first outdoor area, covering 350 square meters, is a nice flat lawn. It’s the ideal place to relax thanks to the comfortable deckchairs scattered over the ground, perfect for sunbathing, reading a good book, or simply enjoying the tranquility.

The north side features a beautiful gazebo, built with high quality materials, under which you can take refuge when it is too hot or enjoy a dinner in the fresh evening air. Your kids will enjoy the wide green area, where they can go wild and have many outdoor adventures

Free play: with so much space, children can run, roll, play ball, or just explore. It is the ideal environment to allow them to let loose and work off their energy.
Picnic: thanks to the gazebo and deckchairs at your disposal, you can take a delicious picnic on the grass, perhaps enjoying sandwiches, fresh fruit and cold drinks.
Traditional games: this private area is perfect for games such as hide and seek, capture the flag, red light, green light, tag, and other classic garden games.
Creative ateliers: it is possible to organise outdoor painting or drawing activities, even using natural elements such as leaves or flowers to create works of art.
Soap bubbles: with a simple solution of soap and water, kids can enjoy creating giant bubbles and chasing them through the grass.
Nature observation: this green area can become a small natural laboratory. Children can watch insects, birds, or any other form of life. If they’d like, they may even take note of their findings or draw what they see.
Gardening workshop: if you ask for permission, you can plant flowers or small plants, teaching children the basics of gardening and respect for nature.
Yoga for kids: on the lawn, under the gazebo, you can organize yoga sessions especially designed for children. This is a perfect opportunity to teach them the importance of concentration and relaxation.
Tales in a tent: by setting up a small tent on the grass, you can create a reading corner where you can tell stories or fairy tales. The ideal time is at sunset.

300-sqm terrace: at the entrance and all around the house there is a 300-square-meter outdoor area, divided into different sections, which offers a more intimate atmosphere.

Here, amidst the shades of green and the scent of kiwi plants, there is a lovely hammock – the perfect place for an afternoon nap or for stargazing on summer nights.

But here, it’s the pergola of kiwi plants that takes centre stage. This pergola offers pleasant shade and offers the view of delightful dangling fruits, which in certain seasons can also be picked and enjoyed.
